OCBC’s new dashboard (Financial OneView) has been launched for our customers to pull and consolidate all their personal financial data across all banks in one place.

You can use Your Financial OneView via OCBC’s Internet Banking, Mobile Banking (Android & Apple).

Eligible Assets Under Management (AUM):

includes investments and deposits
includes SRS cash balances and SRS investments with OCBC
includes investments in Blue Chip Investment Plan (BCIP)
excludes investments in Roboinvest
excludes Shares held in OCBC Securities

Only the deposit amount and investment products purchased by the main account holder, through us are included under our AUM. Other exclusions include securities purchased even if they are bought under OCBC Securities.

OCBC, you guys are f**king sh*t. Your banking apps were working perfectly with rooted phones and then suddenly with the latest update make them unusable. How the f am I going to do banking with OCBC? I am not going to unroot nor buy a new phone. F you OCBC.

o Rooted/Jail Broken, development/debugging device
o Applications downloaded from other sources other than the Google Play Store
o Remote access from other device to the phone, e.g. TeamViewer. LogMeIn, VNC, etc
o Library tampering applications, e.g. FakeGPS, FakeWifi, 3g/4g Unrestrictor, etc.
o Malware detected (this can be scanned with any tools in the market, e.g. Avast, AVG, McAfee)

Not OCBC fault, google changes the way it checks for SafetyNets and bootloader. Basically its game over for rooted phones. You might argue that some bank apps still works. Yes (eg. SCB,Maybank still works), but slowly these apps that require safety checks will start to block phones that do not meet security requirements in their future updates.

You might want to consider unroot your phone and lock your bootloader.

Tried calling cso, spent 5 mins pressing the options and waited 20 mins still couldn't connect.

Damn frustrating. Either waive or just cancel. I can't even speak to a cso on this, damn it.
