May I know when were the results out for the ocbc online banking bill payment campaign promotion ?

I refer to the BCIP program. May I clarify the situation when we sell?
1) if we have 4250 shares. It's 4 lots and 250 odd lots. Please advice handling of odd lots.
Does OCBC combine them with other clients to make a full lot to better pricing?
2) pricing - how does OCBC determine the selling price?

Hi kaisuan,

When you put in an order to sell, we aggregate your orders with those of all customers, for the same counter for the day. The shares are then sold on the market according to aggregated quantity.

Your selling price will be the “Average Sale Price”, calculated by taking the aggregate proceeds from the shares sold divided by the aggregate quantity of the shares sold.

Just to think on the worst case scenerio, what if end of the day I still have 64 shares?

What's the bank's policy regarding this?

Dear Ocbc, I have some aud dollar and would like to place aud Fixed deposit with ocbc. May I know is there any admin fee for that?

Same over here. Email them on 23 dec 2013, again on 8 jan 2014. Only reply on 13 jan 2014. I think they need at least 3 weeks. Lots of ppl to reply.

Same here, very disappointed with ocbc with regards to their customer service. Sent email, took one week plus to reply, call their help line, it's forever engaged.

Hi there I have apply my frank cc at orchard xchang branch on 26 jan, i informed them on the 8 i will be going overseas and the staff told me latest by 5 feb i will receive the card. Today i called ocbc and they told me my card is still processing zzzz

Assuming you have 64 shares to sell and that is the aggregated order quantity for the day, it will be sold in the odd lot market at the prevailing market price.

Was at the ocbc Toa payoh between 615pm to 640pm. Was in the line for counter service, the line was super long out the door.

Then came a young chap with a whole bag of sweets for all in the line and brighten up the mood.

Well done for the quick thinking young chap.

hi ocbc, may i know why is your hotline ALWAYS engaged? i have been trying to get to your operator for the past 1 week (need help on an urgent matter with regards to my internet banking). i called on different days, even way past midnight, and i still CANNOT get past the line (was put on hold for more than 10mins). i sent a complaint letter via your website, and guess what? the website got stuck, and i have to re-type everything again twice. i found another email on your website, sent my complaint in, and got an automated reply. it's been 3 days, still no reply from any one.

THIS IS RIDICULOUS, i dont even encounter such problems with the other banks. i need to access my internet banking urgently, can someone help or not? :s27::s27::s27::s27:
