1) if we have 4250 shares. It's 4 lots and 250 odd lots. Please advice handling of odd lots.
Does OCBC combine them with other clients to make a full lot to better pricing?
2) pricing - how does OCBC determine the selling price?

Same over here. Email them on 23 dec 2013, again on 8 jan 2014. Only reply on 13 jan 2014. I think they need at least 3 weeks. Lots of ppl to reply.

hi ocbc, may i know why is your hotline ALWAYS engaged? i have been trying to get to your operator for the past 1 week (need help on an urgent matter with regards to my internet banking). i called on different days, even way past midnight, and i still CANNOT get past the line (was put on hold for more than 10mins). i sent a complaint letter via your website, and guess what? the website got stuck, and i have to re-type everything again twice. i found another email on your website, sent my complaint in, and got an automated reply. it's been 3 days, still no reply from any one.
THIS IS RIDICULOUS, i dont even encounter such problems with the other banks. i need to access my internet banking urgently, can someone help or not?![]()
