Ours is SG + 4 room flat = $7xx (payable by CPF)

Add:

$4xx cash to upgrade to stainless steel water pipes (from the default PVC)

<$20 for 2x bidets.

Edit: We opted out of replacing the main "wooden" door.
Think is heavily subsidise by the gov...

So cheap. I need to go to HIP office to confirm the price liao
Yup. Deduct through CPF. I opt for everything other than ramp. Also paid $80 cash (2 x $40) to change both toilet copper pipe to stainless steel pipe and chrome fittings.

If existing got spray bidet, no need to pay extra for that again as they will replace every existing parts back either reuse or u provide new one

What I heard is copper pipes are harder to maintain/clean than stainless steel pipes?

For our HIP contractor, copper pipes are $264 per toilet (single line, 4 and 5 room) VS $216 for SS pipes.

don't use copper if expose, it will oxidize like hell. Usually copper pipe is used if it concealed inside the wall.
