Unlikely - each family can only buy one BTO flat. Unless is new family, in which case all parties can make their appeal to a new family.

I can equally say a lot of “from Hougang” flats were carved out to other electoral divisions. Many people also comment why our last electoral divisions such weird shapes. Marine Parade can draw all the way to above Potong Pasir. AMK can reach Punggol coastal area.

Unlikely, but still happened. Last time families were big, one flat at least 5 people. Then after few decades, children grow up liao, want own homes, just nice got Sengkang, elderly also want to downgrade from 4-5 room, in the end 1 family split into 3 families. This is not hypothetical, this is things that happened.

Wonder if the hdb guy who tekan ltk is still in hdb. Public servant yet failed to do his duty and be apolitical.

The same happened at aljunied too. The hougang experience stuck with ltk and when aljunied went to wp he had to preemp the same thing from happening.
