I think the only budget which checks is Air Asia at LCCT airport. They will even weight your baggage before you entering departure hall.

Hey guys, I have never taken scoot before.. So this will be my first.. I will be going taipei with some friends in March.. Should i buy the tickets now or should i wait for promotion? (thou not sure if there will even be promotions for SG > TPE)

Some of Scoot promo is very good.. Especially if u have a rough idea of which month to go and able to sit out till unexpected promo to secure the tickets since their dates are usually not that far out.

My virgin Scoot flight was just a month ago to Tianjin on the 2 cent promo fare. Paid $72 all in roundtrip (incl. $20 CC fee).

Was an ok 6 hour flight. I would consider them if the price is right.

It all depends on the timing, promo and whether u can get the dates which you can make it or even get the tickets..

Earlier this year in May which i booked, the 2nd one should be Nov..You might wana hold on first..

Promo fares cannot be paid offline..

Normal fares there's a Singpost option during the last payment part..
