Did Singtel enable ClearVoice for you?

Singtel need to provision the ClearVoice VAS so you can use VoLTE on your phone.

I think I have noticed this issue since the first time I got this phone. It's strange why HUAWEI have not fixed the bug..

Did you enable Wi-Fi+? If yes try disable it?

My WiFi+ is off. But sometimes the WiFi and mobile symbols appears together.

Encountered this situation just now on my Mate 10, have to switch off mobile data otherwise it's using both mobile data and WiFi..

My Mate 10 TPG showing the VoLTE icon but Starhub SIM card I never see the VoLTE icon so far.

Yes, it's a free service. You can call 1688 and ask them to activate for you.

Try look in developer options got one is "Mobile data always on". Maybe got accidentally turn in on?

Mine really so far working alright. Auto switching. Only in condition where the wifi has no connectivity of which it will also prompt me that the wifi has no internet connection.

But I've grown aware of checking the icons and disabling data before doing any major data use though so not really an issue for me.

Aiya easiest way to solve, get unlimited data plan

The new Singtel subsidiary GoMo sim only package 20GB 200 mins for $20 looking good actually. For me due to work need more mins not sure whether they going to offer mins add on. Now only can add $10 for 10GB 100mins. Now on starhub with unlimited weekend using around 19-20gb each month including 9gb weekday around 10-11gb weekend. Just totally don't like starhub network. It's not as reliable and stable as singtel in my personal opinion.

VoLTE won't cause the network to drop to 3G, and voice clarity is supposed to be better on VoLTE too.

Don't think Singtel will charge the VoLTE service, have been using it for free since 2015.

You are right, PM SH to get it done and my personal line got the VoLTE symbol.
They term it as provision the HD Voice Plus.

Only get to request for personal line, my office SH line still w/o the VoLTE.

How you get 900mins with $25?

I checked the package is 5GB + 10GB for $20, add $5 for 25GB = 40GB Safra extra 5GB = 45GB but no add mins right. Add mins another $10 to make it 900mins?

Just checked. 10GB will expire with the contract but still that's huge amount of data to use 5GB + 25GB + unlimited weekend after the 12 months contract. Wow nice haha not sure the 25GB can still continue after 12 months or not though. May have to recontract too.
