I'm on Mate10 131, updated via OTA. Downloads app is working just fine.

Which telco are u on. Same patch across telco operators?

Have 2 things with the tools folder
1. Sim toolkit keeps indicating please insert sim card
2. Download folder can't launch

Can the firmware be downloaded from website. Or how can the tools be reinstalled

Ya OTA means over the air.

My telco is Circles (who's using M1 infra).

Downloads app working on 132.
Regarding the battery life, 119 was really the best. 7-8hrs sot and longer.
On 132 now with only 5-6 hrs tops.

Then I better stick to my 119 hahhaha

No problems for me so far. Just gotta manually manage some apps. Android Oreo is a pain in optimising apps.

Apple is not friendly.
They removed the headphone jack bc it doesn't pay them money. All manufacturers of lightning port need to pay them. So the bullsh%t of promoting wireless is plain bullsh%t

Which sim toolkit you launch? There are 2 sim toolkit and one of them is for 2nd sim.

Can show screenshot? Only see 1 toolkit in the folder. Where to find second one.

I don't know if the security patch may have something to do with it. With the recent Meltdown and Spectre problems, the software fixes may likely result in the SOC working harder. Just my speculation.

I reinstall 131. It shows expected 27 hours from full charge. After I upgraded from 129 it showed half the time. Don't know if it's corrupted install or conflicting software setting.

Did a fresh install. It worked

Oreo will manage app like close it when u not using. Happen to my rewards. Hence I managed it manually

Does it restore all app and settings in the right orientation grouping if backed up.

people say ver 131 is lousier than last versions, I also can't tell cos I started off with ver 131 already
