yea same. today my battery even better. till now still 50%. i think the AI is not a gimmick

do monitor for few days. first day updates my battery also quite bad. now seriously improve alot...like ALOT :eek:
Waiting for the AI to kick in on my Mate 10 for better battery life, now still a bit bad. :o

Those still yet to receive update, you can to swap other Telco sim card to get the update. Don't need foreign sim card. if yours is now Singtel, just swap and use m1 or starhub or vice verse. Borrow from other family members or friends if you only got 1 sim.

There is memory leak somewhere. The free memory dropped quite fast compared to earlier version.

Oh... My experience was quite ok eh.

But there's some hiccups here and there in the UI though.

I still find some apps lag when opening, eg Singapore map street directory. Hope the lag will go away after some time ;)

Same here. The apps took longer time to launch.

don't think so.

I received my mate 9 from the service centre in yesterday, and it was in emui 5.

it did not receive any update when I connected it to the wifi.

the update only prompted after I inserted the Sim card.

i wonder if no simcard still have update 🤔

After update the home and back button quite jialat. Have to press few times frequently to detect.

So far didn't experience any issues with the gesture navigation, just have to change my usage experience of swiping right in apps with the hamburger menu. :s13:

I don't use this app anymore. Its poorly optimised and full of ads.
