Do Huawei p30 pro have anything like samsung pass? Whereby when you login to any website you can either use face recognition or fingerprint to directly login?

One question on transferring data, if we use the phone clone to transfer all data including the app, will it got mess up when we also restore from Google?

I think it will although I cannot confirm.

First I'll use the phone clone to do in phases, then after that is done I'll add in my Google account.

Yeah the screen needs to be on first for facial recognition to work.

--------

Anybody using wireless charging? I can pick up fast wireless 10w chargers for 20 bucks on the Chinese Web stores but Supercharge is so stupidly fast there's no point going wireless
Thanks!

You can trigger the option to wake screen upon
lifting phone for face unlock (iPhone started this feature), this feature flows best with face unlock imo
Yes seems to be the best combi. One thing I've realised is that the camera keeps hunting for my face so sometimes when I pick up the phone it just turns on. So for facial recognition I select the option to have to swipe up.

On charging - I just did 1045pm to 1210 pm 6 percent to full. Pretty fast.

Go fb search mobilelite and my set is used as his model.
My spigen case is that wee bit too tight so changed to his clear case.
To be fair, I prefer my spigen case but LL due to SP

His cover is similar to the stock one?

Android has a wealth of customisation options when you're coming from iOS, and EMUI's menus are one of the worst, tbh. Just spend a few days getting used to it. Also, the search bar in settings is a godsend.

-------

Ive been using swipe gestures but I think I'm going back to the old 3-button interface. Swiping frees up screen space but then your thumb has to reach all the edges of the phone and the damn screen is BIG. Thumb ache liao.

I think it's challenging for people with smaller hands to use the phone one-handed :s13: can see myself struggling with one hand when I get the phone too...

but the swipe gestures do free up the screen and maximise the usage, I would still use it. otherwise like not optimizing the phone's potential...

Try it out when you get the phone. Swipe frees up space and makes the homescreen look cleaner, but cannot lah. Screen too big kaoz

It’s been a few days since the release, can anyone share their experience with the phone’s performance especially in terms of battery life ??

Battery life is amazing compared to my old LG G6.

Easily lasted the whole day without charging. Normally when I reached home after work, I still have around 50% battery life.

I don't play games though. Normally use the phone for whatapp, GAGT, reddit and surf Internet.
