I just follow instruction on "hisuite proxy" app, i just got my set from m1 and out from box firmware is 15x,tried googlefier but unable to install so I downgrade to fw 131 using *hisuite proxy* app, the app will guide u to correct fw to download

I haven upgrade my fw yet, still on fw131, busy with installing apps, so far stable, no rush to upgrade fw

Some of the apps i download from huawei store, i see update available from. Google playstore for the same app, will update from google playstore crash the app?

Why google playstore detect app that i dl from huawei store? I understand they have same name from same developer. I am talking about m1 app. Install from huawei store but googleplaystore detect it and told me update available. Btw i turn off auto updates on both store

Why you install gms? Play protect will scan through every one of your apps installed.

Contactless payments on P40 Pro

hi experts, i'm a new owner to a p40 pro which i like very much.

i wanted to have some tips if I there's any work around for contactless payment?

I understand there's a ban in place and gpay does not work, and when I check Wallet in the phone, it does not support VISA/MASTERCARD it seems, only some chinese and russian banks it seemed.

However, is there any other app that can be used for nfc payments in fair price and other common pay wave shops?

thx, i install it and it seems helpful, but is there a way to link the app directly to my visa so that i don't manually have to top up specific amounts that may leave trailing amounts on the balance?

U can set it auto top up once it hit a minimum amount. Example for me, it will auto top up once the value is $20 or lesser.

I have sideload gms but facing some problem not sure if it only me.

Anyone have issue of Carousell notification not coming in and is there a way to save new contact on google contact instead of phone itself.

Hi everyone, I'm being very careful here cause I just got my phone back from service center after 1st try of downgrade FW. My phone just reboot every 20 secs after that, making hisuite method not usable.

my device is ELS-N39 C636. Currently on ELS-LGRP6-OVS 10.1.0.155.
so to downgrade, I need to downgrade to which version?
anyone with success case, could point me the FW that will work?

has anyone use the OTG method before? is it more convenient that Hisuite method, since I can download the fw without needing to connect phone?
