i got a prob with my R50. i cant install sound driver.it hang half way sia.what any soution?

New R60 user here. How come I can't update my system using thinkvantage productivity centre? When I run the system update module it tells me that it has encountered a serious problem loading language files and i need to contact lenovo customer support....
