Grab food aside, Amaze card (linked to sc unlimited, CIMB world) failed multiple times for my use on Lazada, shopee

Anyways, I am just too lazy to contact Amaze cso on the root cause for the failed transactions. I just switched to unlimited and CIMB to proceed with the various payments directly.

I have used this Amaze card mostly for offline, I give it to my wife to use in NTUC fair price and for SimplyGo, never had problems. I wonder is this issue specific to e-commerce sites?

How do I activate my physical amaze card?
Once you have received your physical card via mail, you can activate it through the Instarem app.

• Access the amaze page either via the card symbol on the bottom right or via the dashboard.
• Tap on Activate Card.
• Set your Card Pin
• Please note that you can begin online/Gpay transactions even before your physical card arrives.

Dun remember, maybe reinstall the app and follow the instructions shared earlier

Tried to link both DBS wwmc and SCB unlimited ** but got error msg "Some of the details on the card are not matching with the bank records, please correct and retry". Wrote to instarem but they ask me to check with bank. Feels like it's gonna be a dead end. Anyone encounter this?

just try again with same card

sometimes the 1st time is like that

the 2nd try then trigger the OTP to authorise

happened to me a couple of times

I think it's Instarem back end issue

I found the issue. Had to enter my full name even thou it says to enter name on card which is not in full. Strange but resolved.
