If they don't post any memory testing programs, it's just eye candy. I've managed to run 7800C36 on my A-Die with just 1.45V TM5 stable. Testing 8000C38 right now but voltage 1.5V and need to check if completely stable. So far looking good.

Nope G.skill 6600 GX2 Kit. Kingston ones all M Die except the new 7200 Renegade Fury that will be launching soon which will be A-Die.

240mm AIO will be worse than a good air cooler.

If you are running the chip at stock or OC, the processor will be 250w+ under multicore load.

My recommendation will be D15 or AK620 as Fuma 2 is known to not keep up in higher TDP range.


You will also require a minimum meshed front panel for decent airflow for this. Otherwise, the only option is to set power limit for the processor.

Thermalright PA120? gooder and cheaper.

The last time I built comp is 2018

Last time Intel i7 CPUs take up to 130W. Now they boost to 200W+ at load for this generation. Minimum cooler sizes have to go up to compensate.

Gaming temps are still ok, but depending on your usage, programs that will use all the cores it's going to be very hot.

Beefy Twin tower cooler or 280/360 rad are highly recommended if you are doing more than just gaming.

You're gonna have more problems and headaches running 4 x 16gb ddr5 on any ddr5 z690 or z790 for that matter. Get 2x32gb based on the Aorus Z790 Master QVL list. Everyone that has run 4x16gb DDR5 have issues with stability when XMP. Take note when running 2x32gb kits, speeds are always lower with QVL kits like 6000 or 6200MHz only. Higher speeds are always 2x16gb.

Don't waste your money on 4x16gb ddr5. You won't be able to run xmp reliably. 2x32gb then best case is to order from abroad if die die local distro can't bring in. But I think can ask Corbell as G.skill has validated 2x32gb kits for QVL selected boards. You should also check the QVL list for your said board to double confirm.
