Y get from other seller when Apple store sells it?
Is the Logitech Combo Touch price controlled? i.e. be it Apple Store or any other retailers will be the standard price publish in Logitech website?

Ya it should be standard price but if can buy from shopee/lazada can use vouchers ma.. else at other retailers can also use mall vouchers etc

If the price is similar, I always like to buy from Apple direct because even 3rd party accessories have return policy. And after you gotten the Logitech Combo Touch, you may not like the thickness or even the product, at least you can get a full refund if buy from AppleStore

Oh yah true!
Actually those without voucher can consider a suggestion from a member here. Buy IPP from Apple Store with MBS membership to earn 3% reward dollars. So e.g. spend $1.6K will get $48, after 20% admin feel will have $40 to offset the purchase of the IPP case. One issue is have to return the next day for point to be reflected in your membership acct before u can utilise it ;(

There is a caveat. You cannot return your products once you have collected MBS rewards points else points will be clawed back.

Hi guys, do you all apply screen protectors to the iPad pro? Might skip it as i will mainly be using it at home with a case protecting the screen when not in use. Also is the screen prone to fingerprints? Have not seen much reviews talking about this. Thanks!

I always use a screen protector, applied before first use. It's for protecting the screen from any accidental damage. All the tempered glass screen protectors I used have oleophobic coating which will minimise fingerprints and easier to clean off, that should be the same with the original screen. But do note over time, the coating will wear off and fingerprints become more evident and harder to clean off.

Any recommendations? I see many matte type that has some paperlike quality. Looking for something like that.

I've always used tempered glass but those who love the feel of writing on paper, matte ones are more ideal. I've heard a number of good reviews for Paperlike, can try ordering via Lazada or Amazon.

i haven't use any screen protectors on my Apple products since my iphone4 days.

yes, the screen is a finger oil stain magnet. i use wet wipes to clean it before i sleep.

not ocd about screen protection any more. i usually get the next Apple product every 2 years, though in the case of the ipad pro, i have both the 2020 and 2021 12.9" versions to compare the mini led screen.

imo, too much hype over nothing. there are pros n cons for the 2021 mini led compared to the 2020 screen.

overall, both screens look great to me for my usage.

Get Power Support Matte Film from Lazada or TaoBao.

Its kinda $$$, and i prefer tempered glass type rather than film (never good at pasting film)

Thus appreciate if there are any other suggestions on tempered glass type + matte + paper-like that works well with the pencil.

Lazada & Shopee having sale soon.

Those who can recontract your mobile can consider getting your set from telco.

Talked to the sales at commcentre, told me morning and lunch a lot people getting it so have to go early

limited sets but at least don’t need to wait till July!

Telco doesn't offer 1tb options.. I already browse their website.

Hoping that rumours are true that Apple gonna “beef” up the multi-tasking aspects of the iPad OS, considering how fast the iPad is now.
There are certain limitations for sure.

For me, couple of bugs .. (or i could be totally ignorant)

1. Not sure if its a UGreen issue (or any other 3rd party), but when using the HDMI adapter to a no-speaker display .. i basically get no sound. I cant seem to force the iPad to play audio from the iPad itself. It simply shows connect to ”Dock Connector”.

Wondering if the original Apple USB-C to HDMI adapter has the same issue.

2. Sometimes when using a USB mouse, it only shows up on the iPad and not on the external display.
