Wa jialat, just now 12pm go collect another 11 Pro Max MG for my sister, just took and go, now at home check the phone got some 2 small scratches at the glass Apple logo and 1 small scratch on the top stainless steel. :s22::s22:

They will allow for replacement right? Heading back down again tomorrow.

Why QC so jialat this year. My launch day $1880 20 Sep telco set MG iPhone 11 PM also had a scratch on the back frosted glass. I thought I was so heng. I went to Apple and they gave me a white box N series replacement set. I rejected it and sold off my telco set without a loss. Wife signed for me another set from SH.

Few days later came in and saw Manofsorrows had dust inside his iPhone 11 lens. RocketBunny had lens inside his iPhone 11 PM. Now you have scratches on frosted glass and PVD stainless steel.

Keep us posted on the recourse that Apple is taking tmr bro. If KeYoKe bro managed to get his dust under main screen set exchanged for a brand new retail black box, I think yours should be able to too.

I have this issue with iPhone X but didn't really care about it but now this iPhone 11 pro also has the same issue:

At night when taking pictures of the sky with city lights . There are a cluster of green dots there. What seem to be the problem?

Do you have camera lens protector on?

Lens flare issue. Dun think it's related to the camera lens protector being applied. Read that its a common issue being reported. And it occurs not just at night.

Sent from Samsung SM-N975F using GAGT

I got the silver HK set, also have one small scratch at the back, it’s underneath the matte case, can’t feel it though. Suck thumb and put on a case.

Wow the scarcity of the Midnight Green stock is still ongoing with the huge demand goodness! Good that you can get a brand new retail set bro.

Oh ya I remember your case too bro. Sometimes it’s like this, in shop check but can’t spot the scratch. Back home under direct table lamp then will spot it.

I only read about iPhone SE being manufactured in India. I guess most of the production of iPhone 11/Pro/Max are still being manufactured in China.

But by temp staff. Extract from a site “Apple and Foxconn violated a Chinese labor rule by using too many temporary staff at a major factory that makes iPhones.”
https://arstechnica.com/gadgets/20...hinese-labor-laws-while-making-iphones/?amp=1

I can’t imagine the QC if our iPhones are being made by temp staff mostly whom are students.

You mean using WhatsApp business app for secondary work line is possible?

May jump back to iphone from android and only thing I need is being able to check the messages of personal and work line on same phone. Samsung got a function to allow a replica of messenger app, but I doubt iphone has it.

Yes. WhatsApp and WhatsApp for business operate separately and good for those who is using dual sim iPhones.

The new iPhones have issues with lens flare.

But after taking the same video from the same angle with my ip7, the same flare occured.

So my conclusion is.... maybe gonna refund it.

Actually I also encounter qc issue for my set. For me, the bottom bezel area got specks of glue which is likely the overflow when sticking the screen to the body.

Fortunately it’s not that bad as it seems to be removable with some alcohol wipes.

I've been using my 11 Pro Max to take pics and videos also, where got flare? My previous iPhones all also don't have.

Unless you're taking it at a certain angle toward a light source, it's inevitable. Even dedicated cameras will face the same issue but it's the lens construction and coating that reduces it.
