These days you don't even need to back it up. After you sign in on your new iPhone they will give you an option to move all your data from your old iPhone, then it will connect and transfer over Wifi automatically

Huh put the 2 phones together? No such logic. I’ve been transferring all my data over every year to the new phone and all gets transferred over as they are including whatsapp.

All you need to do is backup your old phone, plug in the new phone, go to the finder (if you’re using Mac) and restore your old phone’s backup to the new phone.

Haha I'm also thinking between the Mini and Pro Max. Not into the unwieldy size of the Pro Max, but that camera that supposedly take better low light photos is quite enticing..esp when almost all indoor shots = low light.

Waiting to see camera comparison between Mini and Pro Max.

Huh put the 2 phones together? No such logic. I’ve been transferring all my data over every year to the new phone and all gets transferred over as they are including whatsapp.

All you need to do is backup your old phone, plug in the new phone, go to the finder (if you’re using Mac) and restore your old phone’s backup to the new phone.

Everything should be transferred over, including whatsapp data. Don't open whatsapp on your old phone after transfer is done or some messages will go to the old phone instead of the new phone. If whatsapp asks to reverify on the new phone, follow the instructions and everything should be ok.

Now data migration is pretty easy and simple. Just put your old iPhone beside the new iPhone and let the data transfer between them wirelessly. Everything will be be transferred over.

Yes transfer SIM card over first. At the set up screen, options will be given whether to transfer data from old iPhone. Select that and migration will start upon pairing with old iPhone.

Don't think so they will jeopardize their new phones even if the hardware of the 11 series is capable of it.

You can try NeuralCam. It gives pretty good results with the Ultra wide angle on the 11 series, though takes significantly longer.
