Thanks. But I meant if your phone has an issue, and the return date has passed but your phone is still under warranty, and they decide to replace your faulty phone with a replacement set at the Apple store. Will you have to unbox the replacement unit?

They will likely give you a refurbished set which doesn’t come in the original box.

Box is different. I only got the replacement phone in my case. They took back my phone along with the replacement box..

My XS Max just decided to go kaput so I am in the market for a new iPhone.

I think the XS Max was just a tad too big for me so I will going with either the 12 or 12 mini.

Does anyone have battery life data of the 12 mini? If it is the same as the XS Max, I would probably go for it instead of the 12 Pro.

Does redwhite provide class leading fees for used phones? I believe many street shop does. That’s why I care extra good care to my phone. I have the power to negotiate a better price or keep it.

The price provided by RWM i think is one of the best around. I believe there are other street shops that offer higher price too. But i know some of them offer lower but willing to match RWM pricing if you are willing to sell.

That said, i always keep my phone in tip top mint condition too.

Not true leh! Let’s take new phones for example.

Ex. Mr mobile offer a better price for iPhone 11 than rwm. 880 vs 850 for iPhone 11 in March. I don’t think they offer the best price for used phone either.

To add on, RWM is more lenient on wear and tear compared to some other shops that will keep digging for micro scratches
