okay got off the phone with the M1 CSO. She was really friendly.

Anyway, yes we can exchange our iPhone5 even after the 7 day RMA period. The replacement program is part of apple's 1 year warranty. Just need to bring IC, Receipt, and Box (optional)

This policy has been there all along since the good old iPhone 3g days. You get a refurbished set in exchange.

Mine unplugged at 645am at 100%, now left with 65% with Facebook, Twitter, Whatsapp, SMS and light surfing..

i just changed my iphone 5 from 313 last night due to the battery drainage problem. The battery life is quite ok for the new phone. Dont think its a refurbished set since iphone 5 is out like a few days ago.

dafuq . went to sleep at 4.30am with iPhone left at 88% , woke up at 12 to see 42% . Tried resetting or setup as new iPhone still facing same issues . phone also occasionally heats up , no idea why

yes just go down to 313 and tell them about the battery problem and they will change one for you on the spot. Thats what i did last nite.

Same issue here. Use a while only and I can feel the phone heating up. Have reset and calibrate batt still the same

No clear wrapper. It is a white box, not those selling one. There is a sticker seal at the side and the staff have to slide cut it and open for check. I ask them to open 2 set and finally settle on one that does not have scuffgate or nick issue. End up battery life sux more than the previous defect one. Gan!

Why you RMA?

The reason I RMA is as follow:

1) Scuffgate
2) Also scuffgate
3) Chip at one side.
4) Bagus: My screen will turn pink and flicker even I can demo to the staff.

Is that consider normal? I m facing the same problem also, now left with 69% after palying music for 30mins, light surfing and few SMS.
And, I m with Starhub also.
