Previously change to nano Sim they charge for $15-30, I am almost forget.

:(:(:(

Yeah, every single SIM change regardless size or lost, also charge. But those are physical SIM cards...

Pay and pay.

I don’t think that once is activated to the phone, must be use until forget.

They probably to supply the QR code such as the Maxis from Mysia for Huawei watch.
Once you change new watch still can use the same QR code for Reactivated right 😅

From what I knew, eSim can add to multi phone, but can only active either one.
The rest can do as standby for future bring out the phone and active it.

Unlike the physical Sim may remove and slot into the next phone.

Last time Apple Watch, when replacing the whole watch or Sim profile deleted also must pay again to reactivate..

Does m1 do the same too? If yes, no difference to SIM card replacement, but just cheaper by a lot..

It'll be interesting to see reviews from users who get their eSIM today.

How to Sign Up for eSIM
You may sign up for eSIM at the following channels:

New Line Sign-ups : M1 Shops, Exclusive Distributors and m1.com.sg
Re-contracts : M1 Shops and Exclusive Distributors

If you wish to change your existing physical SIM to an eSIM, you may do so at any M1 Shops, Customer Service Centres or call in to 1627 for assistance.

Thanks for the info.

I hope they'll not charge existing customer for switching to eSIM, otherwise...

Imagine paying to switch to eSIM which will render the physical SIM inactive. Then one day the iPhone decides to "take a break", so are they going to charge a SIM card fee so user can use a spare phone? :s11:

Update from another CSO, now you can go down any M1 shop to exchange your existing physical SIM to an eSIM, and one time charge $37.45 is applicable.

Can say SIM card faulty, need replacement for free?

Especially those with Citibank M1 card, eligible free SIM card change per annum.
