Are we using the same ChatGPT? It lies, the polite term is hallucinates. The newer version even lies to its programmers as it seeks to break out of its cage to replicate itself.

Perhaps, but we can't assume that API would be freely available. Companies may not share their latest gen API or it maybe restricted by governments. I'm quite sure the ChatGPT we can access publicly is not the latest AI they have, probably 2nd gen or 3rd gen or reduced capability.

Buy outs are subject to government approval so it's also not just a money issue. You need political power and political power is very expensive.

Thats what they say even before ai but that is impossible.

For one thing, ai cannot turn on that chiobu charms that can make u sign anything. Thats also why all stock brokers lost their jobs, because they are just middlemen who do not provide extra services.

What's happening now is what happened to Life Science grad 15years ago and what happened to Environmental Engineering Grads 25 years ago -

EDB ask local U to ramp up I take of these degrees and by the time the uni kids graduate, the demand is not there, end up a glut, pushing down salaries.

Foreigners will always take the upper cut, good salaries when demand is here and they can just get imported.

Locals will listen to Gov, take up skill future courses and by the time they finish, the job is no more there.

So do u still believe PAP when they keep asking peepur to upskill and take courses in their selected sectors? Either the job will no more there, or the job is nobody wants to do.

U want the hard truth? Every era got game changers, so it is not a new thing.

It is also not a skills issue btw, being skilful just makes u exploitable one season and disposable the next. Nobody gets to the top being the most technically skilled person in the room.

End of the day it is not the industry but connections, who u know that will guide u to the right places.
