Not easy to get the 400w dc psu all inside the case..... so far I found on tb is 200 inside + 200 outside

go see YouTube builds. it all fits.
but its hard to get the HDPlex now.
sold out.

Diverting slightly,.. does anyone know if there are any ITX motherboards that are available now that has a USB-C header? Itching to build my NZXT H1 build

Hmmm,.. the 10900K on the MSI MEG Z490I Unify looks interesting :s22:

Might be good to have both Ryzen and Intel to see both sides of the latest tech. It also has the Thunderbolt port I wanted for my main PC but the ITX system would be connected to my TV rather than my monitor so would not benefit from it.

now that u mention it, I'm quite curious. Those mobos with TBT3 ready ports, where do they get the pcie lanes from?

pardon my limited knowledge, but for the consumer platform like z490, all the I/O (including the m.2 slots) will share the pcie x4 DMI 3.0, yes? So supposing I populate m.2 nvme drive (which something like a high end 970 pro can saturate the entire DMI 3.0) and then I have sata drives + USB peripherals, still have enough bandwith for TBT3 meh?

You are fine with the IO ports being located at the bottom?

Yeah I love the design and have been waiting to do a build. Will probably hold off the 2 weeks to just to see what the motherboard manufacturers have to offer on the AMD side.

Sorry forgot to mention, I intend on building another Ryzen system most likely another 3950X

i thinking to switch to AMD on my next build next year. My last AMD was like 15yr back, cant remember. hahah

Now AMD seems to be more interesting

me too. im buildiny first NAS (freenas), and my first AMD since donkey years ago (AMD Duron lol).
They are back with a vengeance.
the latest Ryzen CPUs with Vega gfx is too good not to use.
