Also better logistic with refuelling + hydration stations. If weather is hot, they will have water mist arch or splashing or cold towel. That's is why they are gold labelled by World Athletics, ontop of the other international standards like professional commentaries, TV streaming, BMW motobike.

I think over here, only SCSM has ice stations? You can then refill your pouches / recharge them towels.
This is very good, it does make a difference when gunning it, esp from a safety pov.

The Bali FM I ran last year was probably the most awesome when it came to stations. Practically every km got station with energy drink and water. And many stations have ice cold sponges.

The Phuket one I’m running this Sunday only every 2.5 km got station and not every one has energy drink.
