Was running back to finish line when the 4km walk just started, imagine my shocked expression

I pretty much hit the wall after 6.5km. Beyond that, had to run with stitch. Also, the overall distance was 9.6km, not 10km

Run for experience/medal, still good enough. For pb, not a good idea

Don't know why today my hr higher than usual. At one point, hit 162 red alert n I had to slow down

Yes, I already know when I started on my Garmin. My watch was slower by 400 m.
