@dicxz80

10 min/mile is 6:13 min/km pace
Actually for ordinary exercising people who are into racewalking (know the technique) and sufficient fitness and are conditioned esp the anterior tibialis and then followed by the calves, 6:00 pace is not that difficult.

BTW he is not racewalking

I run with a puma deviate nitro 2, a magnify and Saucony kinavara..... rotating between the 3. .... magnify for longer run at Abt 8-10. dun find the shoes tight.... except for the Saucony.

relax dude.... take it easy.
I don't why Saucony kinvara fitting is tight even with my usual size 2E version. I have to refund my order before.

I have no comment on puma running shoes but I feel they are quite narrow for me.

Maybe u can consider Asics novablast or NB fuelcell rebel v4

I went jogging for 3 consecutive days...
Short distance.
Good job!

There was a period I totally slack and didn't run more than 1 month. I always think " there is always tomorrow" to resume run and ended up didn't run at all

Then when I started back. I struggled to complete 5km in 33 mins. Took me almost 3 months to get back my usual fitness . Below 30 mins for 5km.

Achievement unlocked!

However i could only do a half fug version, coz my hip flexibility is not there, so my lower leg cannot extend straight but bent at around 30 deg. Coz my "sit and reach" all along fail like nobody's biz, so bo bian.
And anyway im in my 50s, cannot hiam

But i could "float" for well over 10 seconds and still got more juice to go.

But quite shaky and swinging, still.......is a pass in my books
Quite interesting coz i never knew i had such strength.
I believe the push ups had to do a lot with it. (decline with increasing height for progress, plus wide stance and narrow diamonds and then clapping for plyo explosiveness training.
And nutrition and yada all those stuff.

The core strength also no joke, really could feel the whole core working. (stabilisation etc)

I tried to force myself.
Tomorrow start work...
Probably go jogging on weekends.
Life very tough for me...
I went jogging for 3 consecutive days...
Short distance.

Exercise would actually alleviate the stress and whatever mental pain......believe it or not.
And actually build confidence.

Trying.
Night fall is very painful.

Whenever i feel "painful" or mental block, i just go gun it.

No excuses. It's a form of release. Not kidding

Go for short distance. Not as damaging and not as much recovery needed.

After that feel so much better.

edit - ps of coz must know your cardio and muskuloskeletal conditioning, dont anyhow gun until injury.
Start progressively.
