Heh........she said some past races in Sentosa were "brutally" hilly.

That's supposed to be the whole idea for those routes. Do 10X of those rolling hill routes and you'd have your short interval based local mountainous training. If willing to test your strength and power, can detour to Serapong which is up to 20% for some parts and those Imbiah / Coastal Trails also no joke.

Interesting, her BMD is at the top of the chart.

I only had the idea / knowledge that impact based activities builds your BMD, eg running and then followed by jogging. Basketball etc.

Those interested can also got BMD scan, my wife did a basic one a few months ago, $150.
Even with walking 90% and 10% jogging (2 years liao), magnesium glycinate supplementation (200mg daily) and very occasional boron and calcium citrate and eating tofu, excellent D3 (60-70 ug/ml range, tested multiple times), good serum calcium, her BMD is still below average and diagnosis is osteopenia.

Only thing heng is at least with all these, she is not dianosed with osteoporosis. :ROFLMAO:
I suspect not an insignificant number of Singaporeans (middle age and above) have osteoporosis if they really go test for such things.

Fingers crossed. Only hope for good weather then can execute plan of 5:40pace. If hot and humid, then will play safe to complete the run in own time.

Wow

Other than improvements in final position. her rep count in many exercises also increased significantly.

That time GCN i forgot the name of the fella who took it, his 30s power also increased significantly (nearly doubled)
