My ns time for 2.4km is 10:30 mins about 4:23/km

Heading out for round 2 for zone 1 and 2. So far no elevated HR observed.

Knn training just stop already. Halfway meet wild dogs charging at me. Heng I act cool slowly make a U turn and walk in zone -1. They also make a U turn. It's at a round about near Tampines Quarry. In jogging 2 years never seen a single dog there before. First time see so many.

Can try zeroing @ strengthening the gluteus and tibialis anterior muscles? (use resistance bands is good)
Shd be able to feel improvement as quick as 2-3 weeks. Just a quick elimination thing.
