My problem runners knee. :(

Started on knees over toes' knee ability zero exercises.

Hope can recover soon.
take care and have a good rest. have you seen doctor or physiotherapist to address the issue?

What the...... 1.6k 5.35 just training nia not out of breathe etc, somemore quite pretty.
I managed to do this before (same timing, just GPS distance) but nearly died. :ROFLMAO: :ROFLMAO:

3k = 9.29

Everytime I watched them running, I noticed that why their stride can be so wide and they don't looked like running but walking 🤔

Need to do quite a lot of other stuff like mobility exercises, neuro work, strength. plyometrics etc.

Even for cycling, i have been doing cadence drills, be it low cadence or high cadence.

There are some folks who don't believe in this though, but for me i believe it helps. Just need the time and heart to do nia.

Actually I don't know how to cycle but lately I had been going to the gym to work on the stationary cycling and it helped on the leg 🦵 calves n hips.

Yea just get on the stationary bike and get some resistance in. Slowly does it, same thing.....increase mileage and resistance slowly. Really can build a nice physique for the lower body that long distance running not able to do.

Long distance, like FM or HM, makes a lot of difference in a good climate. Short distance that last less than 10 minute, difference won't be much.
