For me, it helped.

I feel more energetic after that but you can just buy 1 at $3 from Decathlon and try out first.

My mentor told me take in excess of 1 hour run.

PB3.0 also on sales at rmb499 with 50 rmb deposit. Some of us have this model and highly rated here. Personally I find it having the closes feel to Vaporfly next%2. Enjoy running in it. This model at 499rmb is really a catch.

This morning good weather so decided to run longer. HR was stable at Zone 2 almost throughout. I think I will try to find time to do a 30 km one before I fly to Phuket.

Yes for long run they are useful to take at fixed interval and I will pack three for FM. The mandarin orange and chocolate ones taste nicest. I prefer the powder GU that dissolves in the water though, taste nicer and seem to provide more immediate energy boost.

Zhun bo? Even Kiptum and Kipchoge could not go below 2 hr for FM.

Yes, pay balance 549rmb.
I think this might not be the best way to get the 20th may 2000hr offer. The reason Qiaodan did this is to let fans to chopped their favorite color and sizes at the 599 promo price. Coz last time, the stock runs low, after the 1st few days.
But I checked the stock just now, still plentiful. still can get 599rmb of most colorways and sizes right now.
