Paid Strava can see all the history and easier to compare and find past activities. Since it's brand neutral, so any devices that can sync to Strava all store there, instead of having to open different apps if you use different devices for different exercises. For eg running I use Samsung watch, cycling Garmin. Both types of exercises sync into one app easier to keep track.

Guys what do think of the strava subscription? Seems like there's 25% off for this year.
Just now, I clicked on the subcribed to check out the final price, $52.48 annually. Can really try out. But I haven't claim any of those free one month trial yet.

800m all out predictor: 60s all out, 3 minute rest, 60s all out. Get the total distance and extrapolate to 800m pace with race predictor.

Weekly mileage: 50-55km/week, planning to increase to 60-70km/week including altitude training.

Managed to find a clean pocket from 6.20 am to do some intervals.

PSA: got some attack on titan run at barrage to bay east. Not sure what time start and what time end. Half the bridge closed from barrage to bay east

Also rode from 6.30am but slow ride, kena 2 bouts of rain but quickly stopped for quick charcoal kaya toast breakfast (N bridge Rd) and another stopped at Bytedance that 1 Raffles Quay along Shenton way. All these are just 5-10 mins showers. Fast come fast go.
