Beta alanine much less GI distress. For me is literally none, even though my stomach is somewhat sensitive

I tell you all if I go see polyclinic cfm doctor will just give me ointment and ask me to rest

Must adopt NSF mindset bro. Just limp in with a straight leg stance. Cannot bend patellar too much, the middle is pain and the leg is "locked".

Also, might need multiple times.
Coz i am using that for my MCs, only after 2-3rd visit then the private doc (panel doc) suggested x-rays and then surgery. But since you have celiac disease and cannot take stuff like NSAIDs then you can suggest physio route after a few visits.
That's why i mentioned Slow process earlier.

The problem is my right knee 🤔

After my right achilles, then my knee not really good liao.

The flexibility on my right leg not good and the knee area feeling a twisting sensation when walking or jogging and it's ache suddenly 🤔
have you tried wearing knee guard/protection if there is any help?

i almost bought a pair but didn't have my size, but it was not from Zara direct, supposedly from the factory at RMB299. Not sure if it will be authentic lol
Just read the article. Mid sole is combination of Eva and tpe-a foam. Eva is just normal foam, don't know about tpe-a. QD and Adidas pro 3 uses tpee, don't know how similar it is to tpe-a.
But with Eva there, don't jump yet, I think wait for more reviews.

Read about vaporfly 4 and Streakfly 2, sounds impressive but as usual I don’t spend more than 200 on one pair of shoes

Answers from deepseek.
**Differences Between TPE-E and TPE-A Foam**

1. **Chemical Structure**:
- **TPE-E (Thermoplastic Polyester Elastomer)**: Derived from polyester (e.g., polybutylene terephthalate) and polyether/polyester soft segments. Common trade names include Hytrel®.
- **TPE-A (Thermoplastic Polyamide Elastomer)**: Based on polyamide (nylon) hard segments and polyether soft segments. Known as PEBA (Polyether Block Amide), with trade names like Pebax®.

2. **Temperature Resistance**:
- **TPE-E**: Moderate heat resistance (typically up to 150°C). Suitable for applications requiring durability at moderate temperatures.
- **TPE-A**: Superior high-temperature performance (up to 170°C) and better low-temperature flexibility (down to -40°C), ideal for extreme environments.

3. **Chemical & Environmental Resistance**:
- **TPE-E**: Excellent resistance to oils, fuels, and solvents. Susceptible to hydrolysis in moist, high-temperature conditions.
- **TPE-A**: Better hydrolysis resistance and UV stability. Moderate chemical resistance compared to TPE-E.

4. **Mechanical Properties**:
- **TPE-E**: High tensile strength, stiffness, and creep resistance. Good abrasion resistance.
- **TPE-A**: Superior elasticity, fatigue resistance, and lightweight feel. Excellent impact resistance and flexibility across temperatures.

5. **Applications**:
- **TPE-E**: Automotive components (seals, hoses), industrial belts, and electrical connectors due to chemical resilience.
- **TPE-A**: Sports gear (ski boots, shoe soles), medical devices (catheters), and wearables requiring flexibility and biocompatibility.

6. **Processing**:
- Both use injection molding and extrusion. TPE-A often requires higher processing temperatures due to polyamide’s higher melt point.

7. **Cost**:
- **TPE-A**: Generally more expensive due to polyamide content and specialized performance.
- **TPE-E**: More cost-effective for applications needing chemical resistance without extreme thermal demands.

**Summary**: TPE-E excels in chemical resistance and mechanical strength, while TPE-A offers superior temperature range flexibility and hydrolysis resistance. Choice depends on application-specific needs for temperature, environment, and mechanical stress.
