What is he talking.. All the runners selected to represent Singapore for SEA are definitely the fastest in Singapore this season. None of the other local females are close to Nicole and Vanessa standards and this is the same for the male side. The last runner in that 5km race is not even from Singapore.

I think what he wants is for SG to select 14+ mins PB level 5k runners lah........ but then he forgot that we only had 1 such pax last time and in his absolute peak form. heh......

15 mins flat in such heat index temps is actually bloody fast for not 100% full-time pros.

I think he also forgets that army takes up 2 years for guys. Yesterday Soh interview some of the medalists for marathon. The silver medalist from Philippines runs 180-200km a week. Don't think that is feasible for our athletes.

Haha how many local men has 5km pb under 15mins right now? Think Soh and Shaun only. A small bunch of them are around mid 15mins. Quite hard to full time train in Singapore with no job unless you are from a rich family.

Yes but I don't know how it works.

Is it automatically ?
Should be. Read the how it works on the redemption page.
I have redeemed 2x $50 thus far. will monitor the next medishield life renewal payment to be sure.

Edit:
I used to change the points into cash in the health app wallet. then used to buy soya bean drink at my hawker center. so have been having free drinks for years until they stopped the wallet like mid this year.
