I think more and more Singaporean males and females are going to marry Malaysians especially when they have studied and work in Singapore regardless whether they are work permit holders or SPRs now. Most of the young Singaporeans even while they are in JC, Poly or University students are dating and many too having Malaysian boyfriend or girlfriend.

Easier for Malaysians to stay in JB and come to SG to compete for jobs. Also it hurts our F&B, retail and others e.g. medical sectors.

Don't forget our shop rentals are getting higher too.

Many jb properties now are being snatched by sg, ex my and my cos jb is booming …

So many Agents have been making cold calls to me to poached me to sell…
One of my sg neighbour just sold her unit within a week after putting it out for sale…

It is true that during Jib kor time, the jb properties were selling like hot cakes and the prices sky rocketed…

Avoid ah tiong developer n small developers…

I have been witnessing the growth of jb from a sleepy town to today’s boom town Charlie enable by my earning S$..
Most new big malls are packed with people n cars are queuing to enter malls, the opposite of sg Liao…

Accept the reality that sg is doomed doomed…

I used to meet many ang moh in sg shopping centers…

Now is hard to meet one…

For 2023 X’mas, I could find many cooked n uncooked turkeys for sale and many sold at Lelong prices after X’mas.

Last year, it was hard to find any turkey as sellers suffered losses in 2023 n stopped bringing it in cos ang MoH already left our shores.
