Yes, then play around with it as you've to do a little settings like input phone number, etc, and get yourself familiarized with the icons and stuff.

Until now I'm still not sure where the spot to input notes is, got to find a chance to go look-see.

Let say i wanted to go to Tebrau Tesco from JB Komtar, i just enter my destination and it will show the distance and price ? Then pickup point how to know?

When you launch the app, it'll ask you to turn on the Location on your phone. Driver will use this to judge and might call you for exact point if you don't input it in the Notes section when you make the booking. I get calls as I don't key in anything in the Notes.

Launch the app
Turn on Location
Choose your pickup point
Choose your destination

Then you'll see the fare, yes.

Check the type of vehicle you want and tap on the icon of your preferred, if not highlighted already. Then tap on Book.

Wait for the app to show you "already found your driver", then you can scroll around to see the details like name of driver, vehicle number, etc. Also a map to see the vehicle location and yours, with estimated location time.

last time I went to aeon tebrau city, the uber driver just drop us at the car park, we really dun familiar with, then go back we call uber and the driver can't find us, in the end cancel and took taxi which is super ex. Any normal pick up point at aeon tebrau city which is easy recognize by the driver?

No lah, just trying to see if I can help with what little I know. Myself only started using Grab not long ago, started off with Grab Taxi in Melaka, then in JB, and finally switched to Grab Car.

At Aeon Tebrau, I normally leave via the Jusco supermarket exit. So the last time I did that via Grab Car, the driver called to find out my location, then I told him I'd wait out by the roadside from there so it'd be easier for him. He'd otherwise have to make a big round to get in via the carpark entrance.

Actually, I think waiting at Tesco will be easier, otherwise I'll just tell the driver I'll wait by the roadside from Jusco supermarket instead. Aeon Tebrau is so big, I've also been looking at a best place so driver don't need to make a big round.

Same Grab app we use here. Maybe check the phone number you input, since I don't think MY drivers will want to call an SG number.

I don't see why you can't use Uber at that Komtar JBCC spot... unless that sign is there to chope space for Grab. Good question... think better ask your Uber driver if that's what you normally use.

I pay cash, pay and forget it.

I used my sg sim card, the grab driver still able to call me. In the end I incurred the bill for that month.
