His vision now is:
Left: 0 0
Right: 0 -0.25

This is almost the 3rd week after the surgery, I would say my far vision is better than my near vision.
I already resume driving and able to read on computer with 'just' 125% zoom.

If you plan to do at ClearVision, do search online for some blogger name to quote for $120 referral discount. But do not believe everything they say on their blog, especially on the recovery part, since they are still advertisement blog.
I would say everyone's rate of recovery is different.

Dr. Ho and his staff are quite nice and helpful.
However, I feel that Dr Ho tend to rush during the peak hour, when his clinic has many patients waiting. But you can still ask him or his staff anything and they will try to explain to you.

You can expect to wait 1hr+ for consultation during the peak hour. I prefer to visit his clinic in the evening (only on Wednesday) when it is less crowded. Dr Ho seems to be more patient, and my waiting time is like less than 30mins.

I actually did my eye evaluation two weeks ago in SNEC. But the results are different!

SNEC:
Both eyes 525 deg, cornea thickness 538 um.

Clear Vision:
Both eyes 625 deg, cornea thickness 566 um.

So much difference! But Clear Vision checks is the same as the spectacles that I am wearing, so... :\

Can't stop thinking how scary would it be if I had done it in SNEC and actually gotten a 100 degree less corrected. O.O

I told Dr. Ho about the difference but he just told me that the equipments they have are top notched. :\

Hello I have not done my procedure yet.

Some blogged that they go to hair salon using Groupon, some people wear swimming goggles to shower, haha.

Food wise, from Chinese family, dont eat seafood ah, crabs, prawns, clams those.
But Western style, can eat all. Eat eat eat.

I guess equipments of different brands will give different results in cornea thickness due to different mean/average/variables use in the calculation.

But 100 degree differences seem a bit too wide.
Maybe one of them quoted test result by machine, another quoted the test result using the spectacles test done by optometrist.

Oh, i just remembered i took picture of the eye test report.
My cornea thickness was left: 533um, right:539 um and not 510um.
My degree was 350, but clearvision eye test shows 400 degree. I didn't think too much cos the previous eye test was quite sometime back.
Come to think of it, it is also quite scary if my eyes were over-corrected

I emailed the doctor at SNEC, the cornea thickness he explained that he always like to take the lowest reading just to be safe. So I think its yeah, something to do with the calculation..

As for eye degrees, I think I recalled my optometrist who made my spectacles mentioning that "are u sure u wanna see so clear or not". Because vision is very individual, some people is ok with 360p, some people prefer HD.

For now, I think I am gonna just stick to it because my spectacles are doing fine, not like I get headache or something.. o well.

Cox I asked the girl at the clinic, she said must follow. But when I asked Dr. Ho, he says if you are sleeping, just sleep. Dont need to wake up purposely to eye drop.

I have no issue sleeping. During the first 3 or 4 days, my eyes were too blur, i pretty much cant do anything other than sleeping. The clinic also include some sleeping pills for you in case you have problem sleeping (which i never take at all).
I tried to stick to the timetable, but i didn't wake up in the middle of the night to put eye drops.

As there were up to 4 different eye drops that to be use at different time. I labelled the eye drop name in the timetable with with red, blue, pink, white, according to the colour of the eye drop bottles. (luckily i did cox i was too blind to see the name of the eye drop). Every morning i wrote down the time in the day that i should put the eye drops. Then I try sticking to it, and put a tick after every eye drop.

I guess you are more or less decided to go for the epilasik surgery. Try to get someone to accompany you home after the op. It helps

You probably still have to wait around 1hr before the surgery on that day. But no worries, it is a pretty painless process and all you have to do is to stare at the green light

Your op is almost one month after i did mine. I am going back on Tuesday too for review, just before my one month free consultation expire.

My recovery is slow but does get better each day. I am still experiencing some minor halo, blur and having some difficulty in focusing and reading the fine prints. I do notice my vision is worse when the eyes are dry.
But i feel my vision is fully functional already

You probably having high myopia or thin corneal or both.
That time after my pre lasik evaluation, the clinic staff told the girl who was at the same table as me that she needs to do lasik xtra. It was because her high myopia and thin corneal.
I asked the clinic staff what was it, she told me it is to strengthening the corneal after the lasik by putting vitamin B2 eye drop and expose the eyes under UV lights for few min.
It cost $900 more.
I am wonder how much profit does the doc make.
