Their Bespoke is a joke, so many issues when I was w them.
App login, billing issue etc, cs is dumb af too..

The resource engaged dont even seem competent, just a login issue took 2 months to settle. lol

There's no 5G inside tunnels yet on M1/StarHub afaik.

Yes as others have stated there is no 5G underground yet. Also 4G on NEL is horrendous, especially between Serangoon and Kovan I noticed

From experience, M1 is worst than Starhub even though they supposedly work together for 5G.
Doubt M1 is pulling their weight on the cooperation w Starhub.

Maybe it’s a matter of StarHub having better 4G coverage, which allows them to switch users in poor 5G coverage to 4G seamlessly?

Yes, which still brings back to the point that they cannot get their 4G infra strong enough to complement their 5G rollout to alleviate such connectivity issues. 4G have been here for a while, so there's no excuses as to why their coverage/speed is not up to par as reflected from the comments from various users here. Thus, also the comments that M1 cmi.

I cannot use finish even 10% of the 5G 100GB with free weekend data of their new Bespoke SIM only plan because you know why

most of the time, I had to switch to 2nd sim for smooth data.

Wah should have read this before upgrading to 5g. Am on starhub I am facing like perpetual disconnects but the logo still on. I randomly get a flood of messages thru the day. Very disruptive for work.

Bloody frustrating experience with M1 5G. Too many slow downs and poor 5G coverage. Paying 5G for speeds slower than 4G. Dk wtf happened to them. They used to be decent several yeara back.

Sorry lol their 4G is crap as well, it died on me on a few occasions when I was making mobile payments, very frustrating and embarrassing…
