Key into the Singapore dhl tracking website.
If it hasn’t reached Singapore facility likely won’t reach u tomorrow

They are very fast. In fact my custom mb pro says delivery on fri but got it on a Thursday - it doesn’t show out for delivery :s12:

my custom order macbook pro is scheduled to be delivered later to my office and i received an sms on monday to confirm the date. but since that sms until now, the dhl tracking last log is Departed Facility in SHANGHAI - CHINA, PEOPLES REPUBLIC.

will the item still be delivered by today? normally there's always a progressive update from my other purchases (non-apple) using DHL. i chat with DHL and they said they apple has a special tracking that dhl is not visible to see.

Hi guys,
I bought a Mac mini 2018, and linking to Prism 27" monitor 3840 x 2160 using HDMI 2.0.
However, I just cannot get 60Hz, maximum 30Hz. There's a noticeable lag time using mouse, and its really annoying. I tried scaling resolution, but its still capped at 30Hz.

I even got a thunderbolt 3 converter, but its still 30Hz. How do I get it to be smooth 60Hz?

Was it like this out of the box? If not, sounds like a cable issue.

Pre-scroll lag from touchpad for 2019 MacBook Pro

Hi fellows. Anybody observed (in your MacBook Pro) that, if the machine is left to idle for a while, that there will be a lag from the first moment the scroll is physically administered onto the touchpad, and when the document/webpage reaches the location it is supposed to scroll till? But after that first scroll, there is no lag whatsoever.

Example: first scroll after machine idle, the cursor has to "jerkily catch up" to the location in the page where it is supposed to scroll to, instead of "gradually" gliding to that spot. See 0:03s, 0:28s, 0:46s(observe my fingers' movement on the touchpad and how the page jumps):

This happens across browsers (MacBook Pro 13” 2019, macOS 10.14 Mojave). May I know how I can rectify this?

You should be able to buy iTunes Gift card (iTunes Gift via email) from the Apple US store (Apple.com) with your SG payment method. Email the gift card to yourself and redeem on your US Apple ID
Just tried this. Used my UOB credit card + vPost US address as billing. It works!

Thunderbolt 2 port to Mini Display on Old iMac

Hi Guys, looking for help here.

I wish to connect my MBA (Mid 2013) which has a Thunderbolt port to the Mini Display port on an old iMac (C2D 21.5" Late 2009). Can I go buy a Mini Display Port cable and hook them up? My intention is to use the old iMac as a source monitor to edit my videos (with my MBA)

Thanks!
