Yeah, but below they write product sold and pre-order are not exchangeable or refundable...
Well, apparently you are ripped off. So you should go down and make yourself clear.

No. Your device warranty can be checked via your serial number.

No need, servicing of mac products do not require receipts, as everything will be reflected online.

If you want to have portability, get a Macbook.
If you want to have a all-in-one desktop solution. iMac.

I suggest you get from www.apple.com.sg
They offer better after-sale services.

Hello guys.
I've an iMac coming soon cos I ordered via online. Being a first time mac owner, what should I check for, like dead pixel, etc? Or what do I need to take note of?

thanks! (excited) :D

Alright, I'll head down to Epicenter to ask them about it. Thanks for the help guys!

Just be firm with your point, cos you're in the right as you made your purchase not knowing it's not covered valid for applecare for some reason. So, if they do not give satisfying answer, i believe you can go to CASE. :O

CASE will only advise. They cant do anything if you dont take legal actions, to a point, i find CASE quite useless for small claims.

battery problem for macbook is it cover by warranty?

at my batt icon, they show this service battery..

Service Battery: The battery isn’t functioning normally, and you may or may not notice a change in its behavior or the amount of charge it holds. Have your computer checked by an Apple Authorized Service Provider (AASP). You can continue to use your battery before it’s checked without harming your computer.

or do i just re-calibrate my battery will do?

NTFS on mac is read only.
Use ExFat instead of Fat32.

thanks for the advice,1 more thing to add
is it better to run win7 or win xp? sorry noob here..

I'll say Windows 7.
But Windows XP is less resource intensive.

Just get Parallel Desktop. Don't bother with the switch to Mac. For whatever files you need just copy them over to your Virtual Machine.
Avoid Apple's Router. Look for third party routers such as D-Link or Linksys
