Great news to hear that Punggol 4 room is starting to get appointment dates!
Hopefully future fellow Punggol neighbours here can post more updates!
Can't wait for mine.. :)

I see AMK, Bedok like no more selections ~~ good matured location but all left with low floors and rp flats ~~~

Just called HDB today to check on updates for Punggol 4 Room.

The latest appointment issued is on 8 Nov, serving Q no. 66-80.

Question guys: I'm looking at the General Specifications for the flats found at http://esales.hdb.gov.sg/hdbvsf/eampu05p.nsf/0/15MAYSBF_FA_page_1905/$file/gs.html?open&twn=Queenstown&ctr=N6R25A&blk=32&flattype=3-Room

It shows that Doors and sinks etc. are included, with the flooring on a unit basis. Does that mean the price is inclusive of the "optional components" mostly??

Thanks to these people the best units were still available when my turn came. I use this blogspot for my analysis I find that the website very comprehensive and good.

you have to login to HDB website to know if you get an appointment date?

or will they email or sms us?
