Hi guys I applied for sbf at woodlands but my queue number was 279 out of 195 flats available.

Do you guys think I should wait for miracle or just give up and apply for Nov bto/sbf?

My hle letter expiring soon. Shouldn't have applied for hle letter so early because I didn't think the flat application process would take so long.

If u dun mind low floors i think 279 high chance to get offer. But seriously do look into nov bto and sbf.

For HLE letter, my friend told me he went for selection without HLE letter. They on the spot will pass u a form and fill in for HLE. So no worry at all.

Yes!! I've booked my unit. Woo hoo!

Just to let you guys know that all internal doors and sanitary fittings are already included in flat price. For tiles, you need to do your own. No way you can opt in the tiles which is not a bad thing too.

How long was your appointment to book flat? Is 1 hr ~ 1 hr 30 mins enough?

Cos my appt is 845am, and I have work at 1040pm... don't want to be late for work just for this

Our appt was 3.30pm and everything completed in 40mins. Should be ard same duration unless they need to verify more stuff. Just prepare all required documents and you will be good 😊

I checked my hdb portal last night and found that I've been assigned a selection date for sobf!

but now comes the query... anyone knows if I can still apply for the end Nov bto as my selection date is only in mid Dec and queue number is not very ideal. any possible conflict?

Can still apply..

But results for now bto expected in early Jan so once u have book a unit from your Dec sobf appt then ur nov application would be cancelled.
