Why 276 more popular than 278? Almost same, right? and 264&266 should be better , above 25 with citi view, right? 115& 117 should be better than 109? less noisy same citi view, right? Anybody have any point? Please advise.

115 and 117 view would only get 80-90% of 109. I think...

115 will be only partial. cos the evening sun will be absorbed mostly by 117.

276 has better heartland view from the living room. 278 gets from the bedrooms.

Unless it is due to the layout of the unit, otherwise I can't think of the differences between 276 and 278.

Partially correct. Base on their income and savings, they may not be allegeable to buy the flats so no choice have to give up...

If HLE has alrdy been approved, do the officer still have the final say to decide if the couple is eligible for the flat?

just wanna point out some points for those who dunoe. noise n dust will be issues which some may have not consider. doing dust cleaning every 2-3 days is no joke. one of my house have to clean every 2 days because it is next to a major road. the noise is also a killer during exam and sleeping time.

your preference is also good. i am 3 room so no conflict of interest here with 99% of the forumers. 117 seems to have less view block but get slightly more noise due to it is next to a road. it seem must be very lucky or very rich to buy something that have best of everything. lol

I am pretty sure someone has asked this before, but i dont seem to find it.

So I am asking again (sorry guys) -- Do you need HLE letter on the date of flat selection? Thanks!
