Finally... Took the plunge yesterday @ Xtreme Solutions after kena poison...

Bought the Filco MT Red switch... Since Ducky Shine 5 no stock... Apparently Shine 6 is coming out soon next year..

Now might want to change a few key caps... Can anyone recommend where best to get keycap for Filco via Taobao? What brand / model etc?

that color is nice though. corner full purple and slow turn into black
but the kb looks kinda weird though.. double space bar and below still got some function key...like what is this kb?

That's the problem you see! I don't want to spend too much time on TB chasing over key-caps because I will be in a huge dilemma and I needa use google translate..

I don't mind full A-Z actually or maybe just a few like WASD / ESC / Space / Enter etc..

I'm quite open to choices but main thing is the key cap must be solid built, wont fade so easily and able to fit Filco MT2

I have always heard of PBT keycaps... Seem to be the renown mainstream keycaps..

PBT is the material use.. which is tougher to get oil stain.

double shot is how the keys are "printed". so instead of just printing them on, they are created out of mold using 2 distinct plastic parts to form the letter. hence, it'll last "forever" and won't fade.

there are many different keycaps manufacturers around. notable ones will be signature plastics and GMK. most of the nice looking keyboards you see online, are probably from either of these shops. however, they are damn costly - probably cost more than the price of your keyboard.

tai hao and the ones from taobao are cheap and good, which you can buy and swap to your heart's desire.

this is actually the tray that they use to send the kb, so it's actually a complete set that includes options for TKL, 60% or those funky sizes.
