Yeah, I think it's common. Although to be fair, I have had days when I use M1MBB in my office at Aljunied/Macpherson when beginning 9am until 5+pm, the latency never exceeds 80ms to my servers (except when I'm doing heavy downloading of course).

I need one for use in NTU campus. After reading the posts here, I am thinking that I should just sign 2Mbps from StarHub or M1, or can I consider 7.2Mbps?

2Mbps should be the ideal speed you consider lo. cuz rarely will go beyond that de.. NTU has very weak SH signals especially in the halls like hall 3 and 16, so M1 would be preferable ba...

Not too sure about Hall 4 leh... Just know that SH signal in NTU super cui... Lols..

I previously use SH 2mbps...it is slow like a tortise, somemore SH utility reflected max speed 2mbps, using 1 years FOC never solve the problem. Now I am happy using M1.
