What return to their country? They come here to work for years, not just one month and then run home.
This practice has been going on long time with S Pass. And still in practice.

In the first place EP holders salary is way more than the benchmark qualifier now so it makes not much difference

Do you have any idea how much the SPass workers return? It's a sizeable % of their official salary.
But i dunno whether this practice also applies to EPass. I think it's normally the smaller businesses that do this, not MNCs

Can also mean more Sinkies getting hired to do S Pass jobs and they mass hire FTs on EPs even after they adjust the EP salary higher

Starve the sinkies out of EP wage level jobs until Sinkies bow down to reality and accept S Pass jobs
