A mutual friend introduced us, and we met at a dinner function. At first, I thought my wife was a normal office worker, and I couldn't really see or know that she is a working professional. (Maybe she hides very well and is very humble)

The feelings is good and positive and we have lot of common topics to chat. After that, we meet up often for meals and movies, as she is a food lover, so I bring her around for food hunting. She is the type of very gal-next-door type.

We travel in public transport and most of the time we eat at the hawker centre. Of coz, initially, I thought she came from JB and works in SG, only later, after we got together, I slowly started to know she works as SAP Financial Controller and she stays in condo in sg.

For my personal experience, at least my wife is not very materialistic type of person.
She is very down-to-earth, humble, friendly, easy going and won't look down on men who earn less than her.

I did remember one of my horrible experiences when my poly friend introduced one of his department colleagues to me many years ago. The 1st question she asked me, after I say hi to her...

She said " Do you drive?"....

I was so stunned and of coz la, how to answer her when I even don't have driving license...haha...
