No need to be anxious. They are not running away with 1k any time soon. Just call shopee and ask them when they can deliver it. They might give you a refund if they can't fulfill the order.

Same experience with my order last month lazada. Stucked in sg custom simi 'clearing custom' for 2 weeks. I complained to lazada they jitao cancel my order. Need to reorder again

Contacted laz they say could be may holidays large amount of parcels stucked there, got to wait. Call custom they cannot help becoz they do not facilitate tacking orders in custom clearance dept.

I really don't understand how this is Shopee fault when delivery service is often contracted out to 3rd party. Are you one of those Sickos here to stir da bian? If you did not receive your item simply request a refund or you are unable to comprehend something as simple as this.

EDMW always got problems with shopee or carousell.

I'm a premium shopee customer. So far boh daiji.

Recently I requested refund for 1 item. Refund was quick. But seller didn't request for item to return yet. I'm still waiting.
