May I know which router & ONT model (black or white, with or without home voice) are installed?

I have the exact upload 'hang' issue with my Note3.

Download is fine at 200+ Mbps but 'hang' @0Mbps on upload.

This happens on the black Alcatel-Lucent ONT (without Home Voice) & Asus RT-AC68 ('hang' on both 2.4GHz & 5GHz).

I don't believe it's the router as Note3 works fine on the same router with SH MOL.

That is one possible clue, right?

If all those who has the upload problem also having the black ONT (w/o Home Voice) while those who don't has the white ONT (with Home Voice), then MR need to provide solution liao...

I think this mention quite early in the previous post, do not terminate existing ISP till MR is up and running.

Im currently on MR Gamer 150.

Speedtest on my iPad3 is OK too at 50 Mbps down, 40 Mbps up.

Forget to test my wife iPhone though...but from this thread, there are some who has no problem with their Note2/3 on 1Gbps. Just need to know their router and ONT type to confirm unless some rouge app is causing the problem.

hmm...any bros with note2/3 but can upload (speedtest)? Are you guys having voice over white ont? or?

mine: black ont alcatel lucent 1-010G-U/no voice over (previous huawei 8240HG)
RT-AC68U Asus (previous Cisco E1500)

asus rtn66u
should be on static but was told need to be reconfigure on MR side so setting is automatic for now.
no answer as to when we'll get our static back ...

So far, all with Note2/3 upload issue has black ONT, now we need a couple of bros to confirm their Note2/3 upload works and has a white ONT...any bros out there can confirm?

Yup. Just tested an iPhone5 on 5GHz WiFi, 100 Mbps down, 45 Mbps up

I already have my static back and my settings is still automatic. It was done on the very same night, you just have to push for it.

I highly doubt I will get a response but can anything be done to the ping to ESO server ?

Average 235ms and worst spike would be at 320+

am using voice and using the AC68U
speed was about 200+ down and 400+ up via the router, and 700+ down and 400+ up via ONT directly.

Tonight backside itchy...
restored the AC68U after re-installing merlin firmware.
surprise surprise... the speed went up to 600+ down and 400+ up via router.
I slowly configured the router and after every save, reboot, and tested with MR speed test site.

finally found that once I select the traffic monitor to "others" instead of "RAM", the speed goes down to 200+ down and 400+ up.

restored again, and immediately did speed test, 600+.
selected "others" to store the traffic data to thumb drive... speed drops to 200+

Then pulled out the N66u.
exactly the same issue...

now on AC68u again for the last hour (with the traffic monitor set to RAM)... everything is ok.

I am using AC68U as well on the latest firmware, do not have any issues with everything at default setting so far.
