I did. I just managed to get on phone with someone from MR customer service a few minutes ago before I come back to hwz. My email address was wrong all along so I didn't got any updates. :(

Anyway, I logged into account and found that something is wrong with my subscription.. And I doubt the last 2 bills deduction actually went through, so I might be bounded for the 20 bucks penalty. :s22:

Should I raise this to support? Or you are able to help me, nivleK?

PM me with the details. Will check your account

is it true that running NAS on MR requires Static IP ?

I thought by going thry DNSdynamic or DYNDNS etc will be able to solve it ? No ?

You will need Static IP if you want to remotely access. DYNDNS or similar solutions does not work.

Please let me know where can I find the ROUTER MAC Address ?

I can not seem to locate it. On router interface, there are two MAC address

1. LAN MAC Address
2. Wireless MAC Address

I am applying for Static IP but not sure which one to give. I've checked the label and the MAC address on label is the "Wireless" MAC Address.

No where else can I find this "Router" MAC Address that MR wants.

the mac address is indicated on the barcode sticker on the box itself. Router interface also can see. It is in fact similar to the mac address from wireless 2.4Ghz. So u will choose option# 2, wireless mac address.
