So quite obvious something came up funny along the hops for me. I am on static as well.

anyone signup MR business plus plan here and what is your experience?

https://secure.myrepublic.com.sg/business/

I was told by the MR sales rep that the maximum guaranteed speed is only 20Mbps.

unfortunately that is incorrect.
The new OpCo does not have a MAXIMUM GUARANTEED SPEED or CIR at all... it's what you get with what you pay....subjective to all your senario etc.

Talk to one of our business partner managers and we can sort you out...

Because MyRepublic has forgotten cleanly on what they have said about the callback on February 2014, I have compiled some screenshots on what actually happened.

https://docs.google.com/document/d/12gYvcqYEEB5jyb8Vqz56wHh25N9FwJxypoO7PrrYAlQ/pub

Btw, MyRepublic has conveniently removed my posting at Facebook .

Congrats!

But I thought MR going to start the installation from 19th Mar? :s11:

Whichever slot opennet able to let them install they will install. Resources wise is not a problem for MR at this moment. Lot of delay are due to fibre top up regardless of which ever ISP.

Thanks for the clarification.
Really excited about this new plan & can't wait for mine to be installed on 24th Mar.
Hope I make the right choice switching from Starfart... :D

Then MR probably needs to check on my connection again. lol

That is looking good, that should have been how it is. I did a tracert to the same IP you're playing on and the results.

Code:
Tracing route to 211.234.120.10 over a maximum of 30 hops

  4 5 ms 5 ms 5 ms 116.51.27.101
  5 5 ms 4 ms 5 ms ae-1.r21.sngpsi02.sg.bb.gin.ntt.net [129.250.6.104]
  6 105 ms 70 ms 70 ms as-6.r22.tokyjp01.jp.bb.gin.ntt.net [129.250.5.156]
  7 134 ms 138 ms 143 ms p16-2.lgu.tokyjp01.jp.bb.gin.ntt.net [129.250.9.174]
  8 142 ms 149 ms 221 ms 1.213.104.33
  9 * 148 ms * 61.43.224.210
 10 136 ms 141 ms 150 ms 1.208.104.245
 11 141 ms 141 ms 149 ms 211.174.48.62
 12 140 ms 135 ms 129 ms 211.234.120.10

Can you provide a tracert route for yours ? Appreciate it !

Almost every night, when I'm the only user at home playing dota2 with my friends. I'm the only one lagging. Is my router having problem or MyRepublic is throttling my internet speed?

Using ASUS RT-N56U and gaming with wireless ASUS USB-N53.

Always have to do a hard reset before everything works fine again.

Anyone can PM me and help me out? Thanks!
