Will there be any downtime as they upgrade the speed?

Yes, the downtime duration depends on how long OpenNet takes to go down to your block to perform the Fibre Takeover or activation of Port 2 on Terminal Point (TP) before MR Field Engineer goes down to install the new ONT and router (if any).

Eh, I can't remember how but I'm using DBS debit card on netflix.
I think just a us postal code is enough no?

none for me. the 100mbps was cut off in the morning but the guy came on the appointed time and set up no issue for me.

Previously was on the 100mbps for 2 yrs and now i'm on the 1 gbps plan

I'm connected directly to the router, Engenius 9850 too.

How's direct ONT? IIRC ESR9850 may have some issues hitting max speed even though its gigabit...

Get the cheapest Asus n56u. Friend currently using it for 1Gbps no issue

Has any MR subscriber have access to the new MyAccount system?

I noticed that my account:
- My Fibre Plan contract ends on Apr 2018 (4 year contract?)
- Teleport is not enabled
- Wrong Credit Card details (system showing my cancelled card instead of my current card in previous system)
- seems didn't add in my Gamer entitlements - like Norton, etc.

Cos its the max speed ESR9850 can provide on wired. You need to upgrade to a better router.

MR say opennet nid come down do some installation for 2nd line i think cause im using starhub at that moment. but since they come down once. they never came back n im put on hold.MR never told me why and i continue waiting. 2 months the CSO say they will contact me and is solving it. then last month i contact them again and till now still nothing. so now i really wanna cancel the MR ! no point keep giving chances.

if I wanna change my ESR9850 to the asus router by MR, is the promotion($100 off) for the router still valid? zzz they did not tell me that my old router will bottleneck my network

i'm currently on 150mbps gamer plan.

5 days i notice some lag when i play online game, not sure that is the cause so i do a speedtest.

i'm using wired connection through homeplug btw
this is what i get

i tot it might be my pc problem so i try do speedtest on 2 other laptops, it still give me a upload speed less than 0.50mbps
tested direct from router and ONT all give excellent results
for some reason this only happen through homeplug
my homeplug is connected direct to the wall socket as well

any idea what is wrong?

I wanted to login to see if it's the same case for mine, but the system tells me "Login fail." Resetting my password gives me a "Invalid Username, Try Again." error.

Obviously they didn't do enough testing.

Tried. I've been using my email to login all along. Did my account disappear? I noticed that I didn't get a pdf version of the attached to the last invoice.

maybe they are in progress of transiting account. I got the same as you on Friday.

The new password must have 1 upper case, 1 lower case and 1 number.
